In 2025, the Liaoning acrobatic drama "The First Sound" won the 18th Wenhua Award for Best Drama. This work breaks the limitations of traditional acrobatics' emphasis on technique over narrative, deeply integrating acrobatic skills with the history of the War of Resistance Against Japan. It possesses ideological, artistic, and entertainment value, and is the first work in the history of Chinese acrobatics to win both the "Five-One Project" Award from the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Wenhua Award, fully demonstrating the solid foundation and development potential of Liaoning's literary and artistic creation.
To continuously activate the innovative momentum of Liaoning's culture, Yin Li offered specific suggestions from multiple perspectives. Regarding strengthening artistic support and stimulating the vitality of creative entities, he suggested establishing a Liaoning Provincial Government Art Fund, benchmarking its operation model against the National Art Fund, and building a normalized funding and support mechanism around core areas such as creative production and talent cultivation.
