  VNA correspondents in France reported that the "Ici Vietnam Festival 2024," organized by the Union of Vietnamese in France (UGVF), was recently held at Place Monge in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, attracting many Vietnamese residents and French friends.

  The food festival, spread over nearly 10,000 square meters, featured hundreds of booths showcasing a wide variety of typical Vietnamese dishes, including Vietnamese pancakes, shrimp wraps, spring rolls, Vietnamese bread, and pho, as well as a variety of fruit juices and ice cream.   Vuong You Ren, Chairman of the Association of Vietnamese Residents in France, stated that following the success of previous editions, this year's Vietnam Food Festival attracted nearly 6,000 attendees. While experiencing Vietnamese cuisine, participants could also relax and explore the Vietnamese-French book exhibition area, exploring Vietnamese customs and culture.

  Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang welcomed the Vietnam Food Festival, emphasizing that it has become a typical cultural activity for Vietnamese residents in France, receiving a positive response from both Vietnamese residents and local residents. (End)
