Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – A special demonstration training course for enhancing the capabilities of Liaoning Province's "Three Supports and One Assistance" program personnel opened on the 23rd at Liaoning Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, according to the Liaoning Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on the 24th.
According to national arrangements, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and other departments recruited 500 college graduates in 2025 to work in rural areas, providing support in education, agriculture, and healthcare, and assisting in rural revitalization. This initiative has played a significant role in promoting employment and entrepreneurship among college graduates, gathering and reserving young talent for grassroots communities, and supporting the implementation of the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.
This training is for Liaoning Province's 2025 "Three Supports and One Assistance" program personnel currently serving in their posts. The training is divided into two phases, with 80 participants in each phase, for a total of 160 participants. The aim is to comprehensively improve the capabilities and qualities of "Three Supports and One Assistance" personnel, helping them better serve at the grassroots level and fulfill the requirements of their positions.
The training adopts a "theoretical lectures + seminars + practical operation + on-site teaching" format, implementing fully enclosed teaching management. The curriculum is rich and comprehensive, covering interpretation of rural revitalization regulations, methods of grassroots Party building and mass work, agricultural IoT technology and agricultural product safety production, and application of agricultural technology knowledge. Through close integration of theory and practice, and close alignment with the realities of rural grassroots work, it aims to provide precise training and empowerment.
During the training, there will also be grassroots service experience sharing sessions, and participants will be arranged to visit the Lei Feng Memorial Hall in Yingkou and key enterprises for learning. This comprehensive approach will help trainees broaden their horizons and improve their overall capabilities and qualities, injecting stronger talent momentum into the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
A relevant official from the Liaoning Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security stated that the next step will be to closely monitor the needs of "Three Supports and One Assistance" personnel, adhering to the principle of "training what rural revitalization work needs," and ensuring that personnel can immediately adapt to their roles and work upon arrival through thorough pre-job training. We will focus on practical on-the-job training, actively providing platforms for "Three Supports" personnel to develop their careers and further promote their mastery of agricultural technology, industry, and service sector knowledge, ensuring their growth and success in the practice of rural revitalization. We will also meticulously manage services, ensuring solid support for "Three Supports" personnel after they take up their posts, strengthening their assessment, guiding them to establish correct career choices, honing their abilities and qualities while serving at the grassroots level, promoting comprehensive rural revitalization, and laying a solid foundation for their smooth transition to their new positions.
