Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – Recently, with the approval of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision initiated an investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Zhu Fei, former inspector of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce.
The investigation revealed that Zhu Fei, as a leading Party cadre, had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, and illegally accepted gifts; he used his position to seek benefits for others in promotions and accepted bribes in return; he obtained substantial returns through private lending, which could have influenced the impartial performance of his duties; he used his position to have others pay expenses that should have been borne by him; and he used his position to provide assistance to others in the construction of bonded warehouses and the adjustment of tax grades, illegally accepting huge amounts of money.
Zhu Fei seriously violated the Party's political discipline, the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and lifestyle discipline, and is suspected of bribery. Moreover, he did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, indicating the serious nature and egregious impact of his actions, warranting severe punishment. Based on the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials," and upon approval by the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, it was decided to expel Zhu Fei from the Party; cancel his benefits as stipulated; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected criminal case to the procuratorial organ for investigation and prosecution in accordance with the law, with all related assets transferred as well.
