The event presented the innovative practices and achievements of Lufeng City's non-public enterprise "industrial reform" through video presentations, speeches, case studies, results displays, and on-site observation. Representatives from various sectors, including enterprise managers, supply chain union chairpersons, company union chairpersons, and industrial workers, shared their perspectives on the profound changes brought about by "industrial reform."
On July 30th of this year, Yunnan's first supply chain union was established in Lufeng. The event also released 10 innovative cases of 'industrial reform' in non-public enterprises in Lufeng City, covering leading enterprises in four key industrial chains: green silicon, green titanium, green vanadium-titanium, and green intelligent equipment manufacturing, and extending to multiple fields such as modern agriculture and animal husbandry.
It is understood that Lufeng City has 516 non-public enterprises, including 42 large-scale enterprises, with 22,180 industrial workers, accounting for 63.87% of the city's total workforce. Zhou Hai, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Chuxiong Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions, stated that the Prefecture Federation actively guided Lufeng City to innovate the formation of industrial chain alliances, relying on leading enterprises to drive the deepening of 'industrial reform.' With the support of 'industrial reform,' 11 enterprises in Lufeng City have been selected as key enterprises for 'industrial reform' at the prefecture level, and the Lufeng Industrial Park has been selected as a provincial-level comprehensive pilot industrial park."
