This event aimed to leverage Hong Kong's international platform advantages to promote the integration of Guizhou liquor into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and deepen industrial cooperation and cultural exchange between Guizhou and Hong Kong.

"The world's baijiu (white liquor) comes from China, and China's baijiu comes from Guizhou. As the birthplace and main production area of Maotai-flavor baijiu, the baijiu industry has become a pillar industry and a shining name card for Guizhou, its fragrance spreading throughout the world. Guizhou baijiu is full of opportunities and has unlimited prospects." Tao Pingsheng, Director of the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce (Guizhou Provincial Government Port Office), promoted Guizhou's fine baijiu by highlighting its advantages of "favorable timing, advantageous location, harmonious people, and inherited cultural heritage," and its beauty lies in its "unique ecology, unique topography, unique craftsmanship, and unique culture." He sincerely invited guests to Guizhou to participate in the development and cooperation of the baijiu industry, jointly creating "first-class baijiu products, first-class baijiu enterprises, first-class baijiu industry, first-class baijiu scene, and first-class baijiu production area," and jointly writing a new chapter in Guizhou-Hong Kong cooperation, allowing the rich aroma of Guizhou Maotai-flavor baijiu to spread globally.

Wang Nan, Chongqing Representative of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, stated in her speech that Hong Kong, as an international convention and exhibition center and an Asian wine trading hub, has always been an important window for Chinese baijiu to reach the world. The Hong Kong Trade Development Council will fully leverage its expertise in international promotion, channel integration, and brand incubation to provide comprehensive support for Guizhou baijiu enterprises in expanding overseas markets, deepening international cooperation, and helping the "Guizhou Baijiu Global Tour" go further and more steadily.

Xi Kang, a specially invited executive director of the China Alcoholic Drinks Association, stated that Hong Kong, as an international trade and financial center, is the largest offshore export market for Guizhou baijiu. It possesses irreplaceable strategic value in establishing overseas market models and promoting Guizhou baijiu brands across the Asia-Pacific region. The China Alcoholic Drinks Association will actively play a bridging role to promote the global reach of Guizhou baijiu.

During the enterprise presentation session, representatives from renowned Guizhou baijiu enterprises such as Moutai, Guotai, Zhenjiu, Jinsha, Jinjiao, and Dongjiu took the stage to share their brand stories and visions for overseas expansion. Hong Kong guests at the meeting expressed that the harmonious blend of Guizhou's "mellow and fragrant flavors" and Hong Kong's "international style" is not only a perfect match for the palate but also a match made in heaven in business. This powerful alliance will undoubtedly open up broader development prospects. Both sides will strengthen cooperation, jointly explore new paths for the development of Guizhou liquor, and jointly explore new opportunities for global cooperation.

Approximately 100 people attended the event, including representatives from major Hong Kong business associations such as the Hong Kong Wine Industry Association, the Hong Kong Baijiu Association, and the Hong Kong Catering Industry Association, as well as representatives from Hong Kong enterprises and relevant Guizhou liquor companies.
