  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of Union Day in 2026, yesterday afternoon, Acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Chairman of the National Security and Peace Council, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, visited the Union-level SME Product Exhibition and Market Expo at Naypyidaw Square.

  During his visit, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited the Ministry of Commerce's External Market Cooperation Working Group, Domestic Market Cooperation Working Group, and the dedicated booths of various ministries. It is understood that a business matchmaking event for SMEs was held concurrently at the exhibition, building a bridge between domestic and international markets for enterprises and helping them expand their business cooperation opportunities.

  In addition, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and his entourage also visited the bookstore and sales hall within the exhibition, inquiring in detail about product display, sales operations, and other related matters from the booth staff, gaining a deeper understanding of the exhibition's preparation and the effectiveness of participating enterprises.

  During this visit, the delegation was accompanied by Deputy General Soe Win, Vice Chairman of the National Security and Peace Committee; members of the Committee, Prime Minister U Nu Soe; Executive Director U Aung Lind; Secretary General of the Committee Ya Win Oo; chief ministers of various regions and states; senior officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces; and the Commander of the Naypyidaw Command.
