Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – An international election observation team recently departed for Myanmar to monitor the multi-party democratic general election scheduled for December 28, 2025. On December 24, a delegation led by Alexei Bashan, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus, arrived safely in Yangon.
The delegation received a warm welcome at Yangon International Airport, with members of the Union Election Commission of Myanmar, Yangon regional officials, the regional Minister of Natural Resources, and officials from the Union Election Commission Office and the Yangon Regional Election Sub-Commission Office present to greet them.
