  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – On the 10th, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Human Resources and Social Security Department, in conjunction with several other departments, launched the "Warm Homecoming Journey" activity to ensure the safe return of Guangxi migrant workers in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, and Guangdong during the 2026 Spring Festival.

  Around 5 PM that day, as the D3680 and D596 bullet trains slowly pulled into Nanning East Station, 1905 Guangxi migrant workers arrived safely in Nanning. Officials from various Guangxi departments presented the returning workers with "heartwarming gift packages" filled with New Year's greetings, employment policies, and rights protection guidelines on the platform, allowing them to feel the warmth of their hometown as soon as they stepped off the train.

  "I haven't been home for six years. This year I can finally come back and spend some quality time with my elderly mother," said Tan Shangrong, who works in Guangzhou.

  To ensure a comfortable return home and a safe return to work for migrant workers, the Guangxi Human Resources and Social Security Department has launched the "Employment Warmth: Guangxi in Action" special service campaign. This campaign integrates various services, including job stabilization, skills training, entrepreneurship support, and rights protection, creating a comprehensive service and support system.

  Before the Spring Festival, the Guangxi Human Resources and Social Security Department will focus on key groups such as those lifted out of poverty, providing services such as special train transportation, ticket purchase assistance, and health care for approximately 20,000 Guangxi natives working outside the region, ensuring their safe return. After the Spring Festival, to meet the needs of returning to work, the department plans to organize 1,000 special buses and trains, establishing a "door-to-door" green shuttle service to facilitate workers' smooth return to their jobs.

  Going forward, the Guangxi Human Resources and Social Security Department will continue to improve the return-to-home and return-to-work support mechanism, continuously optimize service models, and use more compassionate and effective measures to safeguard the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers.
