During the discussion, Hu Zhenfang gave a detailed introduction to the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese's "142" work system, the progress of the research project on "General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Remarks on Overseas Chinese Affairs During His Work in Zhejiang," and the achievements in key areas such as overseas Chinese assistance for common prosperity, overseas liaison, cultural exchange and mutual learning, and the development of two teams within the overseas Chinese community.
