1. Wang Genshun, former Party Secretary of Dehong Teachers' College, violated regulations by accepting gifts. During his tenure as Party Secretary of Dehong Vocational College and later Dehong Teachers' College, Wang Genshun repeatedly accepted high-end cigarettes, alcohol, and home appliances as gifts from subordinates and private business owners. Wang Genshun also had other serious violations of discipline and law. In October 2025, he was expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office, and his suspected crimes were transferred to the procuratorate for investigation and prosecution.
2. Ou Mingfeng, former Deputy Secretary of the Yiliang County Committee of the CPC and former County Head of the Yiliang County People's Government, was found to have violated regulations by accepting and giving gifts and money. While serving as Deputy Secretary of the Dongchuan District Committee of the CPC, Secretary of the Party Group of the Kunming Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Deputy Secretary of the Yiliang County Committee of the CPC, and County Head, Ou Mingfeng repeatedly accepted gifts and money, as well as high-end cigarettes, alcohol, and health products, from subordinates and private business owners during the Spring Festival; he also improperly gave high-end tea to other public officials. Ou Mingfeng also had other serious disciplinary and legal violations. In August 2025, he was expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office, and his suspected crimes were transferred to the procuratorate for investigation and prosecution.
3. Chen Songquan, former Director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Lanping County, Nujiang Prefecture, was found to have violated regulations by accepting gifts. Chen Songquan, while serving as the Party Secretary and Director of the Education Bureau (Education and Sports Bureau) of Lanping County, and later as the Party Secretary and Director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Lanping County, repeatedly accepted gifts such as high-end cigarettes, alcohol, tea, brand-name clothing and bags, mobile phones, furniture, and valuable local specialties from those under his management and service during holidays such as the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival. Chen Songquan also had other serious disciplinary and legal violations. In July 2025, he was expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office, and his suspected crimes were transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution.
4. Wen Xiao, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Chengjiang State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. of Yuxi City, was found to have violated regulations by accepting gifts and money. While working at Chengjiang Shuangchuang Construction and Development Co., Ltd., and as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Chengjiang State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., Ltd., Wen Xiao repeatedly accepted consumer cards, high-end cigarettes and alcohol, brand-name bags, and silver jewelry from private business owners during the Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival. Wen Xiao also had other serious violations of discipline and law. In December 2025, he was expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office. His suspected crimes were transferred to the procuratorial organ for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
