Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – The Rongfengyuan residential community in Yinchuan, built in 1998, once suffered from potholes and outdated facilities. Now, after renovation, it has been completely transformed, boasting fitness equipment and comprehensive security facilities. On March 6th, resident Chen Feng exercised in the community square, stating, "Living here now is both comfortable and reassuring." This is a true reflection of Yinchuan's efforts to optimize its development environment and benefit the people.

From improving the quality of urban living to enhancing the efficiency of government services, Yinchuan has put its measures to facilitate the public and businesses into practice. At the Yinchuan Citizen Service Center, approval officials routinely "sit at the window and walk through the process," personally identifying bottlenecks and difficulties in handling affairs. Furthermore, various departments in Yinchuan closely monitor the entire lifecycle of projects and enterprises, strictly implementing the "1370" requirement for project approval, and accelerating project implementation through methods such as conditional pre-approval and parallel processing. Simultaneously, Yinchuan has launched smart services such as "chat-and-process" and intelligent assisted approval, promoting "joint processing of business licenses and permits," and upgrading government services from "able to handle" to "easy to handle and intelligent to handle." While continuously improving government efficiency, Yinchuan adheres to the principle of ecological priority, consolidating its development foundation through green development. The city continues its efforts in the three major battles for blue skies, clear waters, and clean soil, coordinating air pollution control to ensure the water quality of the Yellow River's main stream in Yinchuan remains consistently at Class II. Yinchuan is also promoting the construction of the Mingcui Lake scenic area and the ecological restoration of mines, deeply addressing the challenges of the Yellow River's "U-shaped bend," and implementing integrated protection of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasslands, and deserts. Furthermore, it is upgrading its monitoring model based on a smart environmental protection platform to safeguard the ecological beauty of the border region.

Building on the dual improvements in government efficiency and ecology, Yinchuan continues to prioritize people's livelihoods, refining the city's livability. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, Yinchuan has invested a total of 4.6 billion yuan to renovate 1,110 old residential communities, benefiting 200,000 households and effectively addressing pain points related to heating and pipe networks. Yinchuan has also innovated a "one-night-one-road" construction model, staggering work hours and quickly repairing road defects, ensuring convenient travel for residents through meticulous construction, and allowing more citizens to benefit from the fruits of development.
