The two sides exchanged views on important issues such as the situation in the Middle East and the advancement of multilateralism. They also discussed the direction of cooperation between Thailand and the European Union, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), as well as Thailand's role as an Asian partner. They also communicated on Austria's role in the ASEAN and related regional economic cooperation frameworks, with Thailand reiterating its support for Austria's cooperation and development within the ASEAN framework.

Furthermore, the two sides consulted on specific paths to further deepen Thai-Austrian bilateral relations, expressing a firm determination to consolidate bilateral ties and clarifying their commitment to deepening practical cooperation in areas such as improving political cooperation mechanisms, strengthening technological exchanges in alternative energy fields, promoting human resource development, and expanding educational cooperation.
