Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – On November 18, 2025, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) held a special welcome event at Suvarnabhumi Airport for 29 disabled travelers from Taiwan. These travelers will participate in a five-day Bangkok-Ayutthaya incentive travel program from November 18th to 22nd. This trip not only vividly demonstrates Thailand's commitment to the "Tourism for All" concept and promotes inclusive tourism, but also highlights its determination to create an accessible and friendly tourist destination.

Representatives from the Association of Travel Agents of Thailand (ATTA) and the Airports of Thailand (AOT) jointly attended the welcome ceremony. The travelers arrived smoothly from Taoyuan Airport at 11:30 AM that day on EVA Air flight BR211, and received special souvenirs upon arrival, deeply experiencing the warmth and hospitality of the Thai people.

The event was hosted by Ms. Patharanon Na Chiang Mai, Deputy Director of International Marketing for Asia and the South Pacific Region at the Tourism Authority of Thailand. She stated that the welcoming ceremony at Suvarnabhumi Airport was a direct reflection of Thailand's spirit of inclusivity, and that the Tourism Authority of Thailand remains committed to making Thailand a leading accessible tourism destination in Asia. Deputy Director-General Pattaranon added that this visit also reflects the growing interest of international tourists with disabilities in Thai culture, urban landscapes, and leisure attractions.

The delegation, organized by the Taiwanese social enterprise Flow, Inc., included regular employees and employees with lower limb mobility impairments using wheelchairs, and was led by the company's CEO. As Flow's first overseas incentive trip, this trip marks a significant milestone in the deepening development of Taiwan's "tourism for all" concept and demonstrates Thailand's continued growing influence as an accessible and inclusive tourism destination. Flow, Inc. focuses on Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, and one of its core missions is to create equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

The itinerary, meticulously planned by our Taiwanese travel partners, includes visits to iconic landmarks such as Wat Arun and the Grand Palace in Bangkok, the unique charm of riverside night markets and Siam Paragon shopping mall, and a scenic cruise on the Chao Phraya River on the Princess Cruise. The Ayutthaya leg focuses on a blend of culture and leisure, encompassing Ayutthaya Historical Park and the newly built Sri Ayutthaya Lion Park Safari. This visit not only conveys Thailand's sincere welcome to all tourists but also demonstrates the country's unwavering commitment to promoting inclusive tourism nationwide.
