Along the Helan Mountains, Xingqing District, northern Lingwu City, Ningdong Base, Litong District, Qingtongxia City, northwestern Hongsipu District, northwestern Tongxin County, central and southern Shapotou District, Zhongning County, and Haiyuan County, the cumulative rainfall may reach 30-50 mm, with some townships receiving 50-80 mm, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall (10-30 mm/hour, locally 30-50 mm/hour).
Therefore, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Water Resources Department and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a yellow alert (Level III) for flash flood meteorological risk at 15:30 on August 7th, 2025.
