Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – The opening ceremony of the 2025 Jingxian Xuan Paper Culture and Art Festival, along with the launch of Jingxian's city promotional song and city image logo, was held on the 8th in the China Xuan Paper Town.
Jingxian is the hometown of Xuan paper in China. This event, featuring diverse cultural performances, the launch of the city image, and a large-scale art exhibition, aims to comprehensively showcase Jingxian's cultural heritage and vitality, help Xuan paper culture reach a wider stage, and further enhance Jingxian's city brand influence.
The opening ceremony's prologue, "Enjoying Jingchuan," combined AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) dynamic video with intangible cultural heritage silhouette performances, outlining the beautiful landscape of Jingxian and the thousand-year-old heritage of Xuan paper culture. The dance "Flowers Bloom on Paper" used graceful dance moves to interpret the craftsmanship of Xuan paper making. The situational drama "Poetic Love" recreated the timeless tale of Li Bai and Wang Lun. The Xuan paper fashion show, "Pure Colors and Heavenly Charm," perfectly blended the supple texture of Xuan paper with fashionable design.
On the same day, Jingxian's city promotional song, "Smiling Jingxian," and city image logo were officially launched. "Smiling Jingxian," with its warm and melodious tune and sincere and moving lyrics, interprets the harmonious and gentle spirit of the people of Jingxian. The city's logo uses the Chinese character "泾" (Jing) as its core design element, integrating elements such as Xuan paper, Xuan brushes, Moon Bay, and Peach Blossom Pool. It not only highlights the timeless friendship expressed in the poem "Peach Blossom Pool is a thousand feet deep, but it cannot compare to Wang Lun's affection for me," but also conveys the modern urban service concept of "Smiling Jingxian."
During the event, the guests also visited the "Jingshang Danqing" annual Chinese painting exhibition, experiencing firsthand the deep synergy between traditional calligraphy and painting art and Xuan paper culture. (End)
