At the event, the Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security released a job demand catalog. In terms of job nature, technical positions were in high demand, accounting for 69.2%. From the perspective of employers, the industry focus is distinct: over 170 manufacturing companies offered more than 5,000 positions, 38 listed companies offered over 2,400 positions, 22 leading companies in the industrial chain released nearly 2,000 positions, and 90 technology companies offered over 2,500 positions. In terms of salary, there are 6,320 positions with annual salaries above 120,000 yuan, 2,623 positions with annual salaries above 200,000 yuan, and some positions with annual salaries exceeding 500,000 yuan.
In recent years, Hunan has been actively promoting the "Seven Ones" action plan for university student entrepreneurship. A 505 million yuan university student investment fund has invested 107 million yuan in entrepreneurial projects, and 6.07 billion yuan in new entrepreneurial guaranteed loans have been issued. The province's 419 entrepreneurial incubation bases have incubated over 15,000 projects.
This event also extended an invitation to young entrepreneurs from Sichuan to "start businesses in Hunan," with nine bases, including the Hunan Xiangjiang University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, offering over 1,500 entrepreneurial workstations. The university student entrepreneurship investment fund can provide up to 500,000 yuan and 1 million yuan in single investments to entrepreneurial teams and enterprises, respectively, while the Furong Talent Program provides 100,000 to 300,000 yuan in funding support for youth talent projects.
It is reported that this year, Hunan Province has collected 65,200 job positions for major projects, and the "Stay in Hunan, Come to Hunan" employment service platform has released a total of 372,000 job positions, providing 24/7 recruitment services and comprehensive support for university graduates to develop their careers in Hunan.
