It will be available at the Naypyidaw Central Post Office, Yangon General Post Office, Mandalay General Post Office, and major post offices in various regions and states, making it convenient for the public and stamp collectors.
As a special arrangement for this issuance, on February 26, 2026, customers who purchase the commemorative stamp and accompanying first-day cover at the Naypyidaw Central Post Office, Yangon General Post Office, and Mandalay General Post Office will receive a unique date stamp, giving the collection a unique commemorative value.
