  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – On December 8th, Chongqing Airlines officially launched direct round-trip flights between Chongqing and Yangon, building a convenient air bridge for economic and trade cooperation and cultural and tourism exchanges between the two regions.

  Mr. Kyauk Khin Htut, Chairman of Chongqing-Myanmar Airlines Group, stated that the core purpose of opening this direct route is to establish an air corridor between Chongqing and Myanmar. On the one hand, this encourages Chongqing businesspeople to invest and do business in Myanmar; on the other hand, it attracts more Chinese tourists to experience Myanmar's unique scenery and cultural charm. This statement was made during his speech at the Chongqing-Yangon Aviation and Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference held at the Lotte Hotel in Yangon on December 9th.

  Passenger flights will operate twice a week, fixed on Mondays and Fridays. The specific schedule is as follows: the flight departing from Chongqing takes off at 9:00 AM and arrives in Yangon at 11:20 AM; the return flight departs from Yangon at 12:15 PM local time and arrives in Chongqing at 3:45 PM, ensuring efficient and convenient travel throughout the journey.

  In addition, according to relevant information, Chongqing Airlines will also simultaneously develop cargo services, planning to operate cargo flights between Chongqing and Yangon every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, to further improve the logistics and transportation network between the two places.
