These persistent problems reflect the stubborn and recurring nature of the "Four Winds" problem, requiring a resolute and persistent effort to implement the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of work style construction, and unite our efforts with excellent work style to continuously create new prospects for the development of our cause.

The vast majority of Party members and cadres, especially leading cadres, should draw profound lessons from the reported cases, take them as a warning, always keep the string of discipline taut, and consciously abide by the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation. Party organizations at all levels must shoulder the political responsibility for improving conduct, firmly establish the concept that "failing to address conduct issues is dereliction of duty," strictly fulfill their responsibilities and manage their jurisdictions, forge a good conduct with ironclad rules, continuously consolidate and expand the achievements of in-depth study and education on the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, and effectively create a strict atmosphere and establish a positive work style. Disciplinary inspection and supervision organs at all levels must adhere to the strict tone without wavering, increase supervision and inspection efforts on issues such as illegal dining and drinking, illegal acceptance and giving of gifts and money, and illegal handling of weddings, funerals, and other celebrations for personal gain, and accurately identify hidden and mutated problems such as "gift delivery by express," receiving and giving electronic red envelopes, and illegal dining and drinking in internal reception venues. They must continue to rectify prominent problems such as irresponsibility, arbitrary actions, and increased burdens on grassroots levels, and deeply promote the simultaneous investigation and treatment of corruption and misconduct. Any violations of discipline that are discovered will be investigated, severely punished, and publicly reported, so as to promote greater effectiveness in implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation.
