November 27: Organize tourists and locals to watch the "Bao Tong Hai" special competition, and arrange for the "Little Chicken Rice Girl" delegation to visit a comprehensive market showcasing agricultural products and handicrafts to promote local specialties.

  November 28: The 2025 Xieng Khouang Small Rice Festival officially opens. The day will feature "Bao Tong Hai" themed cultural performances and a "Little Chicken Rice Girl" parade, accompanied by a powerful traditional drumming performance. An agricultural and industrial product exhibition area will be set up, offering Xieng Khouang specialties and small chicken rice tasting experiences, showcasing the charm of local customs and products.

  November 29 (morning): A solemn blessing ceremony by nine monks and a traditional offering ceremony will be held, conveying the auspicious meaning of praying for blessings and good fortune. The event also includes cultural competitions, singing competitions, and rice cake festival celebrations. Tourists can visit the agricultural and industrial product exhibition and sample Xieng Khouang delicacies and special rice cakes.

  November 30th: The festival concludes with artistic performances, concerts, and traditional Lao Lamuong dances, celebrating this historic period imbued with folk memories.
