Cambodia's modern tourism investment project in Siem Reap is accelerating; Tourism Minister Hua Ha praised Yunnan Inves

  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – The Cambodian Ministry of Tourism and Yunnan Provincial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. held a regular progress review meeting on a large-scale, modern, and innovative tourism investment project in Siem Reap Province.

  On October 15th, Minister of Tourism Hua Ha met with Liu Minglin, President of Yunnan Provincial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Lu Wei, Chairman of Angkor International Airport Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., and their delegation to hear and review the progress report of the investment project and to conduct in-depth discussions on related work.

  This meeting is of significant and fruitful importance to promoting the development of tourism in Siem Reap Province and even throughout Cambodia. Minister Hua Ha took this opportunity to express his deep gratitude and high appreciation to this large Chinese state-owned enterprise, thanking them for their trust in the leadership of the Cambodian government. He praised Yunnan Provincial Investment Holding Group for investing in and constructing the Siem Reap Angkor International Airport in Cambodia, and for its plan to develop the surrounding area into a comprehensive area integrating culture, tourism, and commerce, while also developing novel, innovative, high-tech, and pioneering value-added tourism products in Cambodia.

  To ensure the smooth and rapid progress of investment projects and to enhance cooperation and mutual trust as development partners, both parties agreed to establish a regular meeting mechanism to review the progress of investment projects and to report on the status of tourists and travelers at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, with the aim of jointly and promptly addressing any challenges that tourists and travelers may face.
