  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision filed a case for investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Yang Tiejun, former vice chairman of the trade union of Guizhou Railway Investment Group Co., Ltd.

  The investigation revealed that Yang Tiejun had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, resisted organizational review, and engaged in superstitious activities; disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, accepted gifts that could influence the impartial performance of his official duties, and accepted gifts that clearly exceeded normal social etiquette; violated organizational principles, failed to report personal matters as required, did not truthfully explain issues during organizational inquiries, and improperly sought personnel benefits for others and accepted money and property; breached the bottom line of integrity, used his power to seek benefits for others, and engaged in power-for-sex transactions; lacked moral cultivation; used public power as a tool to seize personal gain, engaged in large-scale power-for-money transactions, and used his position to seek benefits for others in job transfers, employee recruitment, and project contracting, and illegally accepted huge amounts of money and property.

  Yang Tiejun seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and lifestyle discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected bribery crimes. Moreover, he did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, making his actions serious in nature and having a negative impact, warranting severe punishment. Based on the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials," the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection decided to expel Yang Tiejun from the Party; the Guizhou Provincial Supervisory Commission decided to dismiss him from public office; his illegal gains were confiscated; and his suspected crimes were transferred to the procuratorial organs for investigation and prosecution according to law, with all related assets transferred as well.
