  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – Three county-level officials in Guizhou Province have been expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office.

  He Zuneng, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Qiannan Prefecture Transportation Bureau, has been expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office.

  According to the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision: With the approval of the Qiannan Prefecture Party Committee, the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated an investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of He Zuneng, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Qiannan Prefecture Transportation Bureau.

  An investigation revealed that He Zuneng had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, and resisted organizational review; he disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, accepting banquets that could influence the impartial performance of his official duties; he violated organizational principles, using his power to provide assistance to others in job promotions and transfers; he breached the bottom line of integrity, accepting gifts that could influence the impartial performance of his official duties and illegally borrowing money from those under his management and service; his greed swelled, illegally embezzling public funds by taking advantage of his position; he used public power as a tool to seize personal gain, engaging in rampant power-for-money transactions, using his position to seek benefits for others, and using the convenience afforded by his power or status to seek improper benefits for others, illegally accepting huge amounts of money.

  He Zuneng seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected crimes of embezzlement and bribery. Moreover, he did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, demonstrating the egregious nature and serious circumstances of his actions, and should be severely punished. Based on the relevant provisions of the *Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China*, the *Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China*, and the *Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials*, and upon approval by the Qiannan Prefecture Party Committee after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection, it was decided to expel He Zuneng from the Party; the Qiannan Prefecture Supervisory Commission will dismiss him from public office; his illegal gains will be confiscated; and his suspected crimes will be transferred to the procuratorate for investigation and prosecution according to law, with all related assets transferred as well.

  He Yanchao, former Standing Committee member and Director of the General Office of the Libo County Party Committee of Qiannan Prefecture, was expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office.

  According to the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision: With the approval of the Qiannan Prefecture Party Committee, the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated an investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of He Yanchao, former Standing Committee member and Director of the General Office of the Libo County Party Committee of Qiannan Prefecture.

  An investigation revealed that He Yanchao had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, and resisted organizational review; he disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, accepting gifts and money that could influence the impartial performance of his duties, accepting banquets that could influence the impartial performance of his duties, and giving gifts to public officials that clearly exceeded the bounds of normal courtesy; he violated organizational principles by failing to truthfully report personal matters; he breached the bottom line of integrity, engaging in profit-making activities in violation of regulations, and illegally borrowing money from those under his management and service; he violated national laws and regulations by obtaining bank loans through fraudulent means and then re-lending them for profit; he used his public power as a tool to seize personal gain, engaging in rampant power-for-money transactions, using his position to seek benefits for others in areas such as investment in factory construction and the disbursement of project funds, and illegally accepting huge amounts of money and property.

  He Yanchao seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected bribery crimes. Furthermore, he did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, demonstrating the egregious nature and serious circumstances of his actions, and should be severely punished. Based on the relevant provisions of the *Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China*, the *Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China*, and the *Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials*, and upon approval by the Qiannan Prefecture Party Committee after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection, it was decided to expel He Yanchao from the Party; the Qiannan Prefecture Supervisory Commission will dismiss him from public office; his qualification as a representative to the 13th CPC Libo County Congress will be terminated; his illegal gains will be confiscated; and his suspected crimes will be transferred to the procuratorate for investigation and prosecution according to law, with all related assets transferred as well.

  Wu Jufeng, former Deputy County Head of Guiding County People's Government, former Director of the County Public Security Bureau, and Level 3 Senior Police Sergeant, was expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office.

  According to the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision: With the approval of the Qiannan Prefecture Party Committee, the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated an investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Wu Jufeng, former Deputy County Head of Guiding County People's Government, former Director of the County Public Security Bureau, and Level 3 Senior Police Sergeant.

  An investigation revealed that Wu Jufeng violated the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation by accepting gifts and money that could influence the impartial performance of his duties, and by accepting banquets that could also affect the impartiality of his official duties. He breached the bottom line of integrity by improperly giving gifts to public officials and using his position to seek benefits for his relatives. He harmed the interests of the masses by condoning organized crime activities, causing a negative impact. He violated work discipline by improperly driving a police vehicle, causing a negative impact. He used his public power as a tool for personal gain, abusing his position to seek benefits for others in production, business operations, and case handling, and illegally accepted huge amounts of money and property.

  Wu Jufeng seriously violated the Party's discipline on integrity, discipline concerning the masses, and work discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected bribery crimes. Furthermore, his actions occurred after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, demonstrating a particularly egregious nature and serious circumstances, warranting severe punishment. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials," and upon approval by the Standing Committee of the Qiannan Prefecture Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Qiannan Prefecture Party Committee, it was decided to expel Wu Jufeng from the Party; the Qiannan Prefecture Supervisory Commission will dismiss him from public office; his illegal gains will be confiscated; and his suspected crimes will be transferred to the procuratorial organs for investigation and prosecution in accordance with the law, with all related assets transferred as well.
