  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – With the approval of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has filed a case for investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Zou Han, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Qiannan Prefecture Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Guizhou Province.

  The investigation revealed that Zou Han had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, and resisted organizational review; disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, accepting banquets that could affect the impartial performance of his official duties; ignored organizational principles, concealed personal matters, failed to truthfully explain issues during organizational inquiries, and failed to truthfully fill out personal files; abused his power to seek benefits for others in cadre and staff recruitment and other work; failed to uphold integrity, accepting gifts and money that could affect the impartial performance of his official duties, obtaining large returns through private lending, and engaging in illegal profit-making activities; lacked moral cultivation; gambled; used public power as a tool to seize personal gain, engaged in power-for-money transactions, used his position to seek benefits for others, and used the convenience of his power or position to seek improper benefits for others, illegally accepting huge amounts of money and property.

  Zou Han seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and lifestyle discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected bribery crimes. Moreover, he did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, making his actions serious in nature and having a negative impact, warranting severe punishment. Based on the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials," after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, it was decided to expel Zou Han from the Party; the Guizhou Provincial Supervisory Commission will dismiss him from public office; his qualification as a delegate to the 12th CPC Qiannan Prefecture Congress will be terminated; his illegal gains will be confiscated; and his suspected crimes will be transferred to the procuratorial organs for investigation and prosecution according to law, with all related assets transferred as well.
