Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – With the approval of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has filed a case for investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of He Zhixu, former Party Secretary of Guizhou Medical University and former Party Secretary (concurrently) of the Guizhou Provincial Natural Products Research Center.
The investigation revealed that He Zhixu had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, and resisted organizational review; disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, accepting gifts and money that could influence the impartial performance of his official duties, as well as property that clearly exceeded normal social etiquette, and having others pay expenses that should have been paid by him personally; violated organizational principles by failing to truthfully report personal matters, using his power to seek personnel benefits for others and accepting money and property; breached the bottom line of integrity, engaging in profit-making activities in violation of regulations, holding concurrent positions and receiving remuneration in violation of regulations, and infringing upon the interests of the state and collectives in purchasing housing; distorted public power into a tool for seeking personal gain, engaged in large-scale power-for-money transactions, and used his position to seek benefits for others in project contracting, promotions, and adjustments, illegally accepting huge amounts of money and property.
He Zhixu seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected bribery crimes. Moreover, he showed no restraint after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, making his actions serious in nature and having a negative impact, warranting severe punishment. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials," after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, it was decided to expel He Zhixu from the Party; the Guizhou Provincial Supervisory Commission will dismiss him from public office; his qualification as a delegate to the 13th Guizhou Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China will be terminated; his illegal gains will be confiscated; and his suspected crimes will be transferred to the procuratorial organs for investigation and prosecution according to law, with all related assets transferred as well.
