Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – To thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, accelerate the formation of a unified national database of computing power resources, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of computing power resource management in my country, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Notice on Comprehensively Carrying Out Automated Monitoring of Computing Power Situation Awareness" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice").
The Notice requires that, based on previous pilot work, all regions and key computing power enterprises across the country be organized in two batches to carry out automated monitoring of computing power situation awareness based on the China Computing Power Platform System. Through key tasks such as comprehensively improving automated monitoring capabilities, improving data quality verification mechanisms, and enhancing the level of intelligent data analysis, the Notice aims to comprehensively improve computing power monitoring capabilities, promote the dynamic optimization of the computing power supply structure, and lay a solid foundation for the efficient allocation of computing power resources and high-quality industrial development.
The Notice proposes that by the end of 2026, automated monitoring of computing power resource data in all 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and key computing power enterprises nationwide will be achieved. A nationwide, standardized, intelligent, and efficient automated monitoring system for computing power situation awareness will be basically established, with effective improvements in monitoring data quality, intelligent analysis capabilities, and the application level of monitoring results.
The automated monitoring of computing power situation awareness will help various organizations dynamically optimize the supply structure of computing power deployment in their respective regions and enterprises based on monitoring and analysis results, guide the efficient application of computing power, and enhance the level of computing power empowerment for the innovative development of SMEs and its widespread accessibility across various industries.
Next, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen the dissemination and interpretation of the "Notice," guiding various regions and enterprises to steadily promote the automated monitoring of computing power situation awareness, continuously promote the rational deployment of computing power resources, build a high-speed and agile computing power support network, promote the refined, intelligent, and efficient matching of supply and demand for computing power resources, and continuously improve the efficiency of computing power resource allocation.
