In his message, Xi Jinping stated that since the 13th CPC National Congress, the CPV has steadfastly followed a socialist modernization path suited to Vietnam's national conditions, upheld and strengthened the Party's overall leadership, and united and led the Vietnamese people to achieve remarkable successes in socialist construction and reform, continuously enhancing Vietnam's international standing and influence. The successful convening of the 14th CPC National Congress has ushered in a new era of national development for Vietnam and will inspire and promote the development of the world socialist movement.
