  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) reports that, according to Reuters, data from the outage tracking website DownDetector shows that on February 17th local time, over 240,000 users in the United States reported being unable to access the video website YouTube.

  The report states that, according to Downdetector, as of approximately 7:59 PM Eastern Time, 240,707 users had reported outages on social media platforms. Downdetector tracks network outages by aggregating status reports from multiple sources.
