
Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) issued a statement saying, "The FSB thwarted a planned terrorist attack by Ukrainian intelligence on a major natural gas pipeline in the Moscow region."
According to the FSB, in the Serpukhov district, "a Russian citizen born in 1969 was caught red-handed in the early morning while attempting to plant an improvised explosive device (IED)."
According to the FSB, in November 2025, the Russian citizen, under the instructions of a Ukrainian contact, purchased a car and a drill. He then used received coordinates to retrieve the homemade explosive device from a hideout.
The report stated, "Four improvised explosive devices disguised as adhesive were seized from the detainee, along with communication equipment used for clandestine communication with his contact."
The FSB report stated, "At the request of Ukrainian intelligence, the man was to drill a hole above the natural gas pipeline, then detonate and plant the improvised explosive device. After completing the mission, he was to leave Russia and return to Ukraine via a third country."
