  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – On the afternoon of the 17th of this month, Cambodian Minister of Public Works and Transport Prem Phumzile and Thai Minister of Public Works and Transport Suriya Jungrungreangkit held a video conference to discuss the management, maintenance, and use of the Cambodia-Thailand Friendship Bridge.

  Following discussions and in response to Cambodia's request, Thailand will allow freight vehicles to cross the Cambodia-Thailand Friendship Bridge without charging tolls.

  Furthermore, both sides agreed to jointly inspect the Cambodia-Thailand Friendship Bridge in the near future.

  It is understood that Cambodia and Thailand built the Stenbo Bridge connecting Thailand, naming it the "Cambodia-Thailand Friendship Bridge." The bridge is 620 meters long (215 meters on the Cambodian side and 405 meters on the Thai side) and 17 meters wide. Construction began on March 20, 2017, and was completed on January 15, 2019, at a cost of approximately 670 million Thai baht (approximately US$19 million).
