Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – On the morning of April 14, 2026, the National Employment Transaction Service Platform (website: www.vieclam.gov.vn), spearheaded by the Vietnamese Ministry of Home Affairs, was officially launched. The launch of this digital platform marks a crucial stage in the development of Vietnam's digital labor market. It will provide a precise matching channel for labor supply and demand, promoting the modernization, transparency, flexibility, and efficiency of the labor market. Simultaneously, it will enhance the effectiveness of employment services, improve the social security system, and inject strong momentum into the sustainable economic and social development of the country.

It is understood that the establishment and operation of the National Employment Transaction Service Platform is a concrete practice of Vietnam's implementation of the Party and Government's strategies on technological development, innovation-driven growth, and national digital transformation. It specifically responds to the requirements of Politburo Resolution No. 57 and Government Resolution No. 71 regarding the digital upgrading of the human resources market. As a crucial digital infrastructure, this platform aims to achieve precise matching of supply and demand. Leveraging digital data technology and a trusted identity authentication system for market entities, it constructs a unified and standardized recruitment and job-seeking service model. Its goal is to break down information barriers, reduce labor transaction costs, improve human resource allocation efficiency, and enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the labor market.

At the platform's launch ceremony, Nguyen Manh Giang, Deputy Minister of the Interior of Vietnam, revealed that Vietnam currently has a total labor force of 53.6 million, with a relatively balanced labor structure, making it a core resource supporting the country's industrialization and modernization. Simultaneously, Vietnam's labor market has a large demand side, with approximately 1 million domestic and foreign-invested enterprises, tens of thousands of cooperatives, and over 6 million self-employed individuals nationwide, forming a multi-industry and multi-level employment demand system, laying a solid foundation for the platform's widespread application. She stated that the platform's launch will effectively address the problems of information asymmetry and low matching efficiency in the traditional labor market, providing workers with more convenient job-seeking channels and enterprises with more efficient recruitment solutions. Vietnamese Minister of the Interior Do Thanh Binh highly praised the platform's development, emphasizing that the process was well-planned, rigorously executed, and effectively supported. Professional evaluation confirmed that the platform fully meets the needs for cross-departmental data connectivity and information exchange, providing comprehensive protection for user information security and network system security, and offering a safe and reliable service environment for market entities. Do Thanh Binh stated that the Ministry of the Interior will continue to optimize the platform's functions, iterating and upgrading its services based on market demands, and promoting the platform as a core vehicle for connecting labor supply and demand, optimizing human resource allocation, and improving the employment service system, thus providing solid support for Vietnam's high-quality socio-economic development.
