
Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) On the morning of February 13th, 2026, on the eve of the Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse), a delegation from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly, the President, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid a wreath at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and paid their respects to President Ho Chi Minh's remains.
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Standing Secretary of the Central Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, and Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai, along with other members of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam, attended the event. Former General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nong Duc Manh, former National Assembly Chairwomen Nguyen Sinh Hung and Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, among others, also participated in the visit. Members of the Politburo, the Central Secretariat, the Vice President, the Vice President of the National Assembly, the Deputy Prime Minister, and numerous current and former Party and State leaders, heads of central ministries and organizations, and others also attended.
The delegation, with reverence and gratitude, deeply cherished the memory of the immortal achievements of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader and beloved mentor of the Vietnamese Party and nation. President Ho Chi Minh dedicated his life to the cause of national liberation, reunification, and the independence and prosperity of the motherland. The entire Party, army, and people of Vietnam are resolutely advancing along the path pioneered by President Ho Chi Minh, creatively applying Ho Chi Minh Thought, striving to push the revolutionary cause to new heights, and accelerating the construction of a prosperous and strong Vietnam.
The delegation then visited the Martyrs' Monument on Bac Son Road in Hanoi, laying wreaths and offering incense to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the motherland.
On the same morning, delegations from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee, the Hanoi People's Council, and the Hanoi People's Committee also visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to lay wreaths, pay their respects, and visit the Martyrs' Monument to commemorate the fallen heroes.
That morning, a delegation of Party and State leaders also visited the Mai Dioc Cemetery in Hanoi, laying wreaths and offering incense to pay tribute to the revolutionary predecessors and heroic martyrs.
