Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – December 11th marked the final day of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. The Assembly held a plenary session and passed several important laws and resolutions.
The laws passed by the Assembly included: the Bankruptcy Act (Amendment), the Investment Act (Amendment), the Amendment and Supplementation Act to Certain Provisions of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, the Digital Transformation Act, the Amendment and Supplementation Act to Certain Provisions of 15 Laws in the Field of Agriculture and Environment, the Amendment and Supplementation Act to Certain Provisions of the Geology and Mineral Resources Act, the National Reserves Act (Amendment), the Amendment and Supplementation Act to Certain Provisions of the Value Added Tax Act, and the Special Courts for International Financial Centers Act.
The resolutions passed by the National Assembly include: "Resolution of the National Assembly on the Pilot Implementation of Special Mechanisms and Policies for Major Projects in the Capital Region," "Resolution of the National Assembly on the Investment and Construction Policy for Gapyeong International Airport," "Resolution of the National Assembly on the Investment and Construction Policy for the Yeongsi-Shiongsu Expressway," "Resolution of the National Assembly on Several Mechanisms and Policies for Resolving Difficulties and Obstacles Encountered in the Implementation of the Land Law," "Resolution of the National Assembly on Approving the Proposal for the 2026-2035 National New Rural Construction, Sustainable Poverty Alleviation, and Economic and Social Development Goals for Ethnic Minority Areas and Mountainous Regions," and "Resolution of the National Assembly on the National Energy Development Mechanism Policy for the 2026-2030 Period." The National Assembly will hold its closing session on the afternoon of December 11, according to the agenda. Resolutions include: "Resolution on Implementing Resolutions Related to the Special Oversight and Inquiry of the 14th and 15th National Assembly"; "Resolution on Establishing Breakthrough Mechanisms and Policies for People's Health"; "Resolution on Approving the Principles of the National Plan for the 2026-2035 on the Goals of People's Health, Population and Development"; "Resolution on Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of Resolution 98/2023/QH15 Concerning the Pilot Implementation of the Special Mechanism for the Development of Ho Chi Minh City"; and "Resolution on Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of Resolution 136/2024/QH15 Concerning the Organization of City Governments and the Pilot Implementation of the Special Mechanism for the Development of Da Nang City".
As scheduled, the National Assembly will hold its closing session on the afternoon of December 11. National Assembly President Tran Thanh Man will deliver the closing address. The broadcasting station will broadcast the closing session live for voters and the public to watch. (End)
