Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – On November 3, 2025, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the National Steering Committee for Civil Protection, signed Decision No. 164/QĐ-BCĐ, establishing the National Steering Committee for Civil Protection's electronic information portal.
According to the decision, the National Steering Committee for Civil Protection's electronic information portal (hereinafter referred to as the "electronic portal") is established as the official information dissemination platform in the field of civil protection. This platform is subordinate to the National Steering Committee for Civil Protection Office, and its main responsibility is to provide information support and services for national civil protection work.
The decision clearly stipulates that the National Steering Committee for Civil Protection's electronic information portal is responsible for disseminating and providing guidance, command, and response information on accidents, natural disasters, epidemics, and environmental issues to domestic and foreign institutions, organizations, and individuals; promoting and disseminating civil protection laws, knowledge, and skills to the entire society; providing administrative procedures and online public services related to civil protection work; and receiving and processing information nationwide regarding accidents, disasters, potential risks, and requests for assistance from organizations and individuals, in conjunction with the existing emergency communication system.

The Ministry of National Defense is responsible for leading the construction, management, and operation of the National Civil Protection Steering Committee's electronic information portal website.
The Ministry of National Defense, in coordination with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the General Office of the Government, various ministries and commissions, and ministerial-level agencies, is responsible for the construction, management, and operation of the electronic information portal website; it has established an editorial department for the electronic information portal website; and it is fully responsible for all activities of the National Civil Protection Steering Committee's electronic information portal website.
Various ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and the People's Committees of provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government guide their respective institutions and organizations to achieve interconnection and interoperability between their managed electronic information portal websites and news websites and the National Civil Protection Steering Committee's electronic information portal website.
