Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) - The organizing committee of the 2025 First Autumn Expo announced today that a fundraising channel established specifically for flood-stricken areas in central Vietnam has received a total of VND 211,436,938 since the launch of the fundraising campaign as of 10:00 PM on October 28.
This fundraising campaign, jointly initiated by the Expo Organizing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, aims to mobilize all sectors of society to support the affected communities. In addition to accepting donations through a dedicated account at the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Commerce (VietinBank) (account number: 26102025, account name: Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee), the organizing committee has also set up donation boxes at various entrances and exits throughout the Expo's core areas, allowing visitors, businesses, and the public to make direct donations in cash or in-kind.
To date, donations received through the dedicated VietinBank account alone have reached VND 211,436,938, demonstrating the deep concern of all sectors of society for the people affected by the disaster.
Representatives of the organizing committee noted that integrating economic and trade activities with social responsibility not only upholds the fine Vietnamese tradition of "standing together in times of adversity" but also demonstrates the proactive role played by businesses in the pursuit of sustainable development. The inaugural 2025 Autumn Expo is not only an important platform for promoting economic and trade cooperation and brand promotion, but also a vivid example of fulfilling social responsibility.
