A man fired six shots, resulting in one death and one serious injury. The sudden gunfire not only disturbed nearby residents but also caused widespread shock in the local area.
According to local police, the suspect is a 34-year-old Cambodian national, Sai Son (phonetic spelling), registered in Boeun Khun Chang village, Sma Meanchey commune, Phu Minh city. After the incident, the suspect fled the scene and remains at large as of press time.
Police investigation at the scene confirmed that the suspect fired at least six bullets.
