  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – The 22nd China Human Resources Management New Year Conference 2026 was recently held at Renmin University of China. The conference, themed "People-Oriented, Intelligent Future," focused on topics such as "Investing in People," with guests from government agencies, enterprises, universities, and other sectors participating both online and offline.

  Tang Tao, President of the China Labor Society and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, stated that my country is transitioning from a demographic dividend to a talent dividend, requiring the full utilization of its talent advantages. He emphasized the need for a comprehensive mechanism to ensure the selection, training, utilization, retention, and evaluation of personnel, employment, social security, and labor relations. He stressed the importance of focusing on the development and enhancement of management, professional and technical, and skilled personnel, and promoting the construction of a Chinese independent labor science knowledge system to provide solid support for organizational governance and talent development.

  Liang Yan, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China Enterprise Confederation, stated that human resource management should focus on four aspects: national strategy, the demands of the times, corporate needs, and employee growth. It should guide technological application with a humanistic spirit, empower talent value through technological innovation, and achieve synergy between people, organization, and technology.

  Chen Xu, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, stated that talent competition has become crucial to the core competitiveness of the automotive industry. The automotive industry needs to adhere to a people-oriented approach, proactively adapt to digital and intelligent transformation, improve the talent training and supply system through industry-academia-research integration, training programs, and practical training bases, strengthen industry self-regulation and standardization, international exchange and cooperation, and the construction of employment service platforms, creating a favorable environment for talent development and building a talent engine for the high-quality development of the automotive industry.

  Zhao Zhong, Dean of the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China, stated that the core of human resource management lies in understanding and respecting people, discovering and stimulating their potential.
