
Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – Cambodian joint law enforcement agencies recently conducted an operation and successfully arrested a man suspected of raping children and using the Telegram platform to create and distribute child pornography. The suspect has been transferred to the Kampong Chhnang Provincial Court for legal proceedings.
According to a statement released by a child protection organization on the 1st of this month, the arrested 43-year-old Cambodian man is not only suspected of raping children but also of using instant messaging software to create, possess, and widely disseminate related illegal content.
James McCabe, head of the child protection organization, affirmed the arrest operation. He pointed out that the man's actions posed an extremely serious threat and harm to multiple child victims.

The FOXTROT25 joint task force, composed of law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, issued a stern warning to the public through this operation: anyone who creates child pornography within Cambodia and distributes it through online systems will be severely punished by the authorities. Law enforcement agencies will continue to investigate and arrest those involved to resolutely protect the legal rights and safety of children.
