The relevant details are as follows:
I. Free Admission Measures
Starting December 1, 2025, the Lingyin Feilai Peak Scenic Area (including Lingyin Temple, Yongfu Temple, and Taoguang Temple) will offer free admission. Opening hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily (last entry at 5:00 PM).
To effectively manage the large influx of visitors after the free admission policy and to better protect cultural heritage, the scenic area will implement a "real-name reservation, time-slot visit" system. The reservation limits (including tour groups) are as follows: 35,000 visitors/day on weekdays, 50,000 visitors/day on weekends, and 65,000 visitors/day on public holidays.
The reservation system is divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Visitors and travel agencies are advised to plan their trips in advance and avoid peak hours.
II. Reservation Methods
(I) Reservation Channels
Visitors can make reservations using their real names through the "Hangzhou Lingyin Feilai Peak" mini-program on Alipay or WeChat. The reservation channel will officially launch at 8:00 AM on November 24, 2025.
(II) Reservation Rules
1. Time-Segment Rules
Reservations are divided into morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session is from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and the afternoon session is from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The latest entry time for the morning session is 1:00 PM, and the earliest entry time for the afternoon session is 11:00 AM.
To ensure effective crowd management at the scenic area, visitors are required to reserve their entry slots at least one day in advance for the next 7 days. Same-day reservations are not accepted. Reservations begin at 8:00 AM seven days prior to the visit and will close once all slots are filled. Successful reservations are valid only for the specific time slot on the day of the visit.
If the reservation slot is not full on the day of your visit, you may also enter by registering on-site with your original valid ID. One person, one ID, limited to the registered individual only, while supplies last.
2. Real-name Registration Requirements
Visitors must fill in their real identity information. Each reservation is limited to the person whose valid ID number is linked to. Visitors must present the original valid ID used for reservation for verification upon entry. Reservations are updated daily at 8:00 AM. Each ID can only be used once per day.
3. Operating Rules
After logging into the reservation platform, each mobile phone number can reserve a maximum of 5 visitors at a time. Each visitor must fill in their name, valid ID number, and select the date and time slot for their visit. Cancellations must be processed through the original reservation channel.
Minors under 14 years of age (inclusive) must have their reservations made by an adult, who will verify their identity upon entry. Each adult can bring a maximum of 3 minors.
Seniors aged 70 and above (inclusive) and other eligible individuals do not need to make reservations.
Group tours (including overseas tour groups) must be booked by the travel agency.
Visitors who have purchased a 2025 park annual pass or temple annual pass but were unable to make a reservation can directly enter the park upon presentation of the original valid park annual pass or temple annual pass. This preferential policy is valid until December 31, 2025.
