These activities addressed consumer pain points and safeguarded consumers' legitimate rights through methods such as popularizing consumer rights knowledge, resolving disputes on-site, and conducting specialized testing.
In Ningyang County, Tai'an City, a "3.15" commemorative meeting and related activities were held. Staff members were on-site to receive public inquiries, focusing on answering questions on hot topics such as after-sales service for home appliances, online shopping rights protection, and prepaid card refunds. Consumer disputes were registered on-site and quickly distributed, ensuring that requests were "received on the spot, processed quickly, and responded to." A "You Request, We Test" rapid testing channel was set up on-site, where law enforcement officers tested fruits and vegetables submitted by the public for pesticide residues and additives, and published the results in real time to ensure food safety.
Multiple areas in Heze launched simultaneous campaigns. In Huanggang Town, Shanxian County, themed legal education campaigns were conducted, with staff and volunteers going into markets and supermarkets to distribute promotional materials, display counterfeit and substandard goods, explain consumer rights protection and livelihood policies, and focus on fraud prevention education for the elderly. The Luxi New Area Fire and Rescue Brigade visited supermarkets, using product comparisons and demonstrations to educate the public on fire safety product identification techniques and 3C certification knowledge.
In Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng City, a "Reassuring Consumer Unit" image display event was held, setting up special areas for consumer rights consultation, counterfeit identification, and "You Request, We Inspect" to raise public awareness of consumer rights. It is reported that the district has cultivated 4,123 "Reassuring Consumer Units" and 231 "No-Reason Return" units, and handled over 30,000 consumer complaints in 2025.
In addition, the Jinan Branch of Guangfa Bank conducted financial rights protection publicity, analyzing financial scams such as illegal insurance refunds and bank card fraud, and using case studies to popularize financial knowledge and improve the public's ability to prevent financial risks. (End)
