Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) On January 21, the United Front Work Department of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee held a meeting to evaluate and assess the performance of grassroots Party organization secretaries in their work on Party building in 2025. The meeting included a collective study of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Political Bureau meeting reviewing the comprehensive report on the 20th Central Committee's inspection of provinces (autonomous regions, and municipalities), the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the "Regulations on the Inspection Work of the Communist Party of China." Seven Party branch secretaries from the Ningxia Socialist Academy, the Ningxia Research Institute of Culture and History, the Taiwan Affairs Office and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, the Party Branch of the Regional Committee of Democratic Parties, and the Party Branch of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese gave on-site reports, while the remaining 30 Party branch secretaries submitted written reports. These reports focused on fulfilling the responsibilities of the "first person in charge" of Party building, promoting the deep integration of Party building and professional work, and rectifying problems identified in the inspection feedback. The Party Committee Secretary of the directly affiliated organs provided comments on each report. Participants also conducted on-site democratic evaluations of the grassroots Party organization secretaries' performance in Party building.
The meeting pointed out that in the past year, in accordance with the deployment and requirements of the Autonomous Region Party Committee, and under the leadership of the Ministry's Party Committee and the Working Committee of the Autonomous Region's Directly Subordinate Organs, Party organizations at all levels within the Autonomous Region's directly subordinate united front system have thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on Party building and his important expositions on comprehensively and strictly governing the Party. They have firmly shouldered the political responsibility of governing the Party, taken the Party's political construction as the guiding principle, and continuously promoted the deep integration of Party building and professional work. They have achieved solid results in strengthening theoretical armament, consolidating the foundation at the grassroots level, improving work style and capabilities, serving the overall situation, and conducting centralized learning and education, providing a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of united front work.
The meeting emphasized that secretaries of Party organizations at all levels within the Autonomous Region's directly subordinate united front system must fully implement their responsibilities as the "first person in charge," always adhering to the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and Party discipline, and effectively grasp, shoulder, and implement Party building work. They must strictly adhere to the "List of Responsibilities for Party Building Work in the Autonomous Region's Directly Subordinate Organs," strictly implement systems such as "three meetings and one lesson," earnestly conduct intra-Party political life, and meticulously advance work in theoretical armament, organizational construction, team management, and discipline education, striving to enhance the political and organizational functions of grassroots Party organizations and promote the quality and efficiency of building "four-strong" Party branches. We must implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 9th and his important instructions on July 29th, focusing on "promoting high-quality development through high-quality Party building" to integrate Party building with business operations. We must closely adhere to the main theme of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, strive to create a demonstration zone, and promote the in-depth and practical implementation of the "Three Major Assistance Actions" and the "Three Ones" service activities, achieving "grasping both aspects and promoting both." We must earnestly complete the "second half" of the inspection process, establish and practice a correct view of performance, resolutely shoulder the political responsibility for inspection rectification, and integrate inspection rectification with studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, promoting central tasks, implementing the arrangements and deployments of the Central United Front Work Leading Group and the Central United Front Work Department, and promoting a good start to the "15th Five-Year Plan" and implementing the work requirements of the Autonomous Region Party Committee.
