Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) Bangkok (March 10, 2026) – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), in partnership with Netflix and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), launched the “Grand Line in Thailand” immersive experience at Lumpinee Park in Bangkok from March 8th to 15th, coinciding with the premiere of Netflix's *One Piece: Grand Line* on the same day. The event invited *One Piece* fans and tourists worldwide to embark on a journey where the dimensional and the real worlds intertwine.

On March 7th, Ms. Thapane Kittappur, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and Mr. Chachat Sitthipong, Mayor of Bangkok, jointly unveiled the event. This large-scale immersive experience officially debuted in downtown Bangkok and received an enthusiastic response from the public.
Ms. Thapane stated that the “Grand Line in Thailand” event embodies the Tourism Authority of Thailand's strategy of promoting tourism through event marketing and the integration of popular culture. It will further solidify Bangkok's image as a “Global Events Capital” and expand its appeal to young travelers and fans worldwide. She emphasized that this in-depth collaboration with Netflix is expected to significantly enhance Bangkok's international profile, attract more tourists, and further solidify Thailand's position as a world-class content and experiential tourism destination.
It is understood that the event will transform the lake area near the Lumpinee Park pedal boat service point into the legendary "Grand Line" from the world of *One Piece*, creating a unique tourism experience that blends entertainment, creativity, and the vibrant atmosphere of Bangkok, allowing visitors to experience the charm of the anime/manga world within the city park.

The event features several themed attractions with numerous highlights: the Luffy Wefie photo zone offers an interactive wide-angle photo experience, allowing visitors to capture memorable moments with Captain Luffy in his signature pose; the Chopper Meeting Point provides a dedicated photo spot for fans; and the Nakama's Yard is a scenic relaxation area where Thai citizens can register with their ID cards to borrow a *One Piece*-themed picnic mat for free for one hour and enjoy a relaxing time.
Among these attractions, the pirate pedal boat experience is the core highlight of the event. Visitors can become pirate captains, cruise the lake, and take photos at the meticulously crafted floating landmark – the legendary giant whale, Laboon. The pedal boats are available in three themes: the Going Merry, the Baroque Workshop boat, and a naval warship inspired by the One Piece series, catering to different fan preferences.
The opening hours are clearly defined: the pirate pedal boats operate in shifts from 07:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:30; the photo and activity areas are open daily from 07:00–22:00, and admission is free, allowing visitors to enjoy the experience at any time.
