
Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – The opening ceremony of the 31st Myanmar Military Medical Conference was held yesterday at the stadium of the Second Myanmar Armed Forces Hospital (700 beds) in Aungban Township, southern Shan State.
Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung, Lieutenant General Zaw Hheng, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army Command, Brigadier General Kyaw Naing Oo, Commander of the Eastern Military Region, Major General Ko Ko Lwin, Director of Medical Services, as well as Myanmar Armed Forces officials, representatives from the Ministry of Health, members of the medical team, international civilian medical experts, and invited guests attended the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung, his adjutant, and relevant officials jointly cut the ribbon to unveil the conference, and then posed for a group photo with all attendees. During the ceremony, the adjutant delivered a speech, extending greetings to all parties and expressing his expectations for the conference. Major General Ko Ko Lwin, Director of Medical Services, presented commemorative gifts to Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung and his adjutant on behalf of the organizers to commemorate this grand military medical exchange event.
After the meeting, the leaders and guests extended their sincere greetings to all participants and together visited the research posters and related medical supplies displayed at the conference. (End)
