It is understood that the core purpose of the promulgation and implementation of the "People's Military Service Law" is to clarify the basic obligations of every citizen to safeguard national development, emphasizing citizens' responsibility to protect the three major national causes—maintaining the unity of the Union, maintaining national unity, and safeguarding national sovereignty. This law officially came into effect on February 10, 2024, providing a solid legal basis and guarantee for the standardized organization and orderly conduct of the People's Army service training courses. Currently, all personnel who have completed their military service training have successfully entered their respective military units to serve, earnestly fulfilling their sacred duty to safeguard national security and protect national interests, and practicing their civic obligations with concrete actions.
