Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) reports that Lô Lô Chải, a world-class tourist and cultural village in Long Dương commune, Tuyên Quang province, located at the northernmost tip of Vietnam, has recently seen a surge in visitors eager to experience the local culture, making it a vibrant destination. To protect its natural beauty and create a safe and civilized tourism environment, the Long Dương commune government has implemented several measures, including establishing a tourism village management team and dispatching inter-departmental teams to various villages to conduct inspections and assist residents in improving services. These measures help improve service quality, enhance tourist confidence, and preserve the cultural characteristics of Vietnam's northernmost region.

Ma Duy Khanh, Vice Chairman of the Long Dương commune People's Committee, stated that on November 6th, the commune's People's Committee issued Decision No. 447/QĐ-UBND, establishing a management team for the construction, protection, and development of the tourism village from 2025 to 2030. This team is responsible for managing construction activities, supervising service operations, guiding residents in protecting cultural characteristics, and promoting the sustainable development of community tourism.

Following the establishment of the management team, the Longgu Township People's Committee immediately issued a notice requiring service providers, guesthouses, and restaurants to improve their operations in accordance with regulations regarding food safety, fire safety, environmental sanitation, signage, business registration, and transparent pricing.

In recent years, the tourism village management team has regularly collaborated with relevant departments to conduct inspections, understand the local situation, and promote and guide residents to comply with regulations concerning accommodation, security, price management, and food safety.

Ma Yinqing emphasized that Longgu Township's goal is to develop the Lolo village into a model, friendly, and professional tourism village, ensuring safety, environmental protection, and civility in tourist reception activities. Following inspections, many businesses have proactively improved their service quality.

In addition to focusing on service quality, Longgu Township also values the preservation of Lolo cultural characteristics such as rammed earth architecture, traditional clothing, handicrafts, festivals, and folk arts. Many local households maintain long-term activities such as bronze drum performances, ethnic song and dance performances, and life experience activities, providing tourists with unique experiences.

Going forward, the tourism village management team will continue to collaborate with relevant authorities and village groups to strengthen promotional activities and conduct regular inspections; guide residents in creating a civilized and safe tourism environment; and develop more tourism products with local characteristics. These efforts will help develop Long Dho, the northernmost point of Vietnam, into a friendly destination attracting both domestic and international tourists. (End)
