Vansy Kuamua stated that she would create favorable conditions and provide support for the implementation of various cooperation documents between the two journalists' associations; she hoped that the VJA would continue to send experts to Laos to assist in improving the professional level of Lao journalists, and also assist Lao media organizations in digital transformation and promoting streamlined and modernized operations.

Nguyen Duc Loi stated that the purpose of the Vietnam Journalists Association delegation's visit to Laos was to share relevant information and experience with Lao counterparts, understand the operational methods of various Lao news media organizations, and thus offer suggestions to Vietnamese news organizations to improve the effectiveness of cooperation between the two countries' news media organizations.

Previously, during working talks with leaders of major Lao media outlets, both sides agreed that the regional and global news landscape will undergo significant changes, and traditional news dissemination methods are no longer suitable.
