
Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – The China-Laos Digital Economy Cooperation and Exchange Conference and the launch ceremony of the Lao Enterprise Credit Information Platform were held on the 7th in Vientiane, the capital of Laos. Officials and business representatives from both China and Laos attended the event.
The conference, themed "Building a Digital Silk Road, Constructing a Digital Future," saw guests from both countries discuss new ideas for digital economy cooperation and witness the launch of the Lao Enterprise Credit Information Platform, jointly guided by the two governments and jointly built and operated by enterprises from both countries.
The Lao Enterprise Credit Information Platform allows users to access credit reports of Lao and ASEAN companies, and also supports online verification of credit data from over 56 million companies in China. This will enhance the transparency of Lao enterprise credit information and provide strong information support for Lao enterprises participating in international trade and economic exchanges.
Khamkhee, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Laos, stated in his speech that the establishment of the Lao Enterprise Credit Information Platform is an important step in Laos's financial modernization process, laying a solid foundation for Laos' economic and financial development and providing convenient and efficient financial services for Lao enterprises.
Daovong, Executive Vice President of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stated that this Lao-China Digital Economy Cooperation and Exchange Conference is a significant milestone in Laos' digital transformation process and will propel bilateral digital economy cooperation to new heights.
Zhao Zhigang, Deputy Secretary-General of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Director of the Big Data Development Bureau, said in his address that he looks forward to further strengthening cooperation with Laos in the digital economy field and exploring cooperation opportunities in areas such as cross-border computing power and the cross-border flow of data elements.
