Le Thi Thiet, Chairwoman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Culinary Culture Association, stated that this year's festival will continue the successful experience of previous years, further highlighting the historical heritage and regional vitality of pho techniques. Building on pho's existing status as a national intangible cultural heritage of Vietnam, the event will focus on promoting the protection of pho heritage, standardization research, and archival improvement, helping it to be integrated into the system of intangible cultural heritage.
Furthermore, the festival will deeply integrate culinary and tourism culture, promoting the diverse values of pho, enhancing Ninh Binh Province's reputation and regional synergy, attracting tourists, and injecting new momentum into the development of the local service economy and the cultivation of community cultural pride.
