The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces are openly recruiting 3,000 new soldiers to advance the modernization of the military.

  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – The Royal Cambodian Armed Forces recently announced a public recruitment drive for 3,000 new recruits. This recruitment aims to strengthen the forces of various units under the Army Command, attract outstanding young talent, optimize the military's personnel structure, and consolidate national defense security.

  It is reported that General Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, signed a resolution on February 11th to formally establish a Recruitment Committee, which will be fully responsible for the organization, assessment, and selection of recruits, ensuring a transparent and standardized process.

  According to the official recruitment requirements, applicants must have a firm political stance, be loyal to the country, religion, and the King, and be male only; have no criminal record, no history of drug use, be at least 1.60 meters tall, be in good health, meet physical fitness standards, and be free of infectious diseases. Regarding age and education, applicants aged 18 to 30 must have a primary to secondary school education, and applicants aged 31 to 35 must hold a bachelor's degree or possess professional technical skills in a specific field.

  To demonstrate respect and care for those who contribute to national defense, this recruitment will prioritize the hiring of active-duty military personnel, veterans, children of disabled veterans, and families of martyrs and servicemen who died in the line of duty, all under the same conditions.

  This large-scale recruitment is a crucial step in the modernization of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. By absorbing new blood, it will effectively enhance the combat capabilities of various army units and build a talent pool for the Cambodian military's digital and professional transformation.
